Carbon Poker Loses Half Its Customers in 6 Months

According to the PokerSiteScout.com website, Carbon Poker's "real cash" customers have been cut in half over the past 6 months.  Cabron Poker is the flagship room of Australian-based Merge Gaming.

Merge itself has been gaining steam recently with the announcements that two of the largest online sports betting websites catering to US customers will be utilizing their online poker network for their own rooms.

SBG Global made the announcement that its PokerHost.com venture will be moving to the Merge Network while Sportsbook.com dealt the Cake Poker Network a major blow last month with their own switch to Merge.

It was not immediately clear as to why Carbon Poker had been witnessing a downward trend.   The site currently averages around 200 "real cash" players at any given time.

Its simply due to the fact of too many cheats (collusion) among Romanian and Israeli players, a seriously flawed RNG and horrible customer service. Its too bad because the software is great....

This is another pointless and non researched article. PokerScout is not even 100% accurate, unless they talked to Merge or Carbon in this case, which i doubt lol....

Pokersitescout is a good resource and the graph for Merge shows Carbon's room which looks to be tanking big time. I just checked myself. I've been waiting to join a Merge poker room for two things 1) more players average in rooms, so I check PSS religiously. Also follow G911 and too much slow pay bullshit but they look to be getting there act together. Me I like the expose one card feature. That is something I am looking forward to checking out once SB.com comes on board I play at SB.com already so will report my experience with Merge these two join forces. Cake must be kicking them selves.
