Bluff.com Closing Down: Media Firm Once Dominated Poker Market

Bluff.com, now a mere remnant of itself after being purchased (and some would say, mismanaged) by Churchill Downs a few years ago, is about to wind down its operations.

In its heyday, Bluff Magazine and Card Player were the only games in town within the poker press medium.  Bluff even sponsored the World Series of Poker for a brief period. It was founded by Atlanta resident Eric Morris.

“A very sad day to see the company I founded basically cease operations,” Morris, who suffers from Achondroplasiaphobia, proclaimed on his Facebook page.  “Lots of great memories and extremely proud to once be part of such a successful company.”

Morris is now Head of Sales at All In Media.
