Advocate Murray
Sabrin Enjoys
Commanding Lead in
Senatorial Race
The
frontrunner for New
Jersey State
Senator, Murray
Sabrin, is enjoying
a commanding
12 point lead in a
new poll conducted
by
PolitickerNJ.com.
Sabrin, who made
headlines last week
after betting some
of his campaign cash
on a losing horse -
Cowboy Cal.
But it wasn't so
much the act of
betting as it was
the message he was
trying to convey.
Sabrin's economic
stimulus plan is
perhaps the most
sensible out there.
Last week, he stood
on Atlantic City’s
Boardwalk and
promised that if he
gets elected, he’ll
work to overturn the
federal ban on New
Jersey and other
states legalizing
sports betting. That
move is part of his
campaign to
“legalize freedom”
in the Senate, the
candidate said.
Sabrin joins the
likes of fellow
Republican and
Presidential
candidate, Ron Paul,
and Democrat Barney
Frank, who serves as
Chairman of the
House Financial
Services Committee.
"These are workhorse
politicians who want
Government to stop
getting in the way
of the massive
revenue potential
derived from online
poker and other
forms of Internet
gambling," commented

Operating Manager,
Payton O'Brien.
The online gambling
industry has already
generated billions
of dollars in
revenue. Most
of these companies
operate out of Costa
Rica as the United
States prohibits
bet-taking on US
soil. As a
result, the Costa
Rican economy has
exploded over the
past ten years.
"We are the first
generation of Costa
Ricans who can
afford to purchase
their first car
brand new," one
online sportsbook
employee told us two
years ago. The
company he worked
for, BetonSports,
was forced to shut
down after the US
Justice Department
indicted several
principals of what
was once the third
largest employer in
Costa Rica.
The online gambling
industry there pays
higher than most
other industries.
Lawyers and doctors
residing in this
Central American
nation are paid
less. The
industry mostly
employs college
students who are
able to speak and
read English as well
as other
professionals
looking for part
time work, such as
doctors and lawyers.
Sabrin wants the
state of New Jersey
- one that is nearly
broke we might add -
to capitalize on
legalized online
gambling.
Sabrin is a popular
professor at Rutgers
University.
In response to the
poll results he
said: "The poll
results highlight
the response to my
message of
Legalizing Freedom
and proves our
front-runner status.
We are confident of
winning the June 3rd
Republican Primary
and defeating the
extremely liberal
Frank Lautenberg in
November."
Maverick Murray
stated, "It is
pretty obvious the
voters do not expect
a Liberal Loser
Lobbyist (Dick
Zimmer) or the
author of a fascist
manifesto (Joe
Pennacchio) to win
the Republican
nomination for U.S.
Senate."
