ESPN.com's David Schoenfield looks at 31 players who could end up on the trading block by the Major League Baseball trade deadline.

Some of these moves will surely impact the odds

This trade deadline will be all about boosting bullpen strength, according to Schoenfield.

Given the weak crop of starting pitchers available, look for teams to add bullpen help instead. Also consider how teams deployed their pitchers last postseason. There were 76 playoff starts, and the starting pitcher made it through five innings in just 41 of those games (54 percent) and through six innings just 25 times (33 percent). You need deep bullpens in today's game.

Zach Britton and Brad Brach are two bullpen players likely to go and both play for the struggling Orioles.

Kirby Yates of the Padres, Ryan Pressly of the Twins and three Marlins players: Kyle Barraclough, Drew Steckenrider and Adam Conley, could also be on the trading block.

The starter most likely heading to another team:  J.A. Happ

J.A. Happ, Blue Jays: The most likely starter to be traded, Happ had struggled, with 18 runs allowed in 12 innings, before a better outing Sunday against the Orioles, where he allowed one run in five innings while striking out nine. Still, that was the Machado-less Orioles and came with nine days of rest (other than a one-inning appearance in the All-Star Game). Maybe the Yankees or A's bite on him, but his value has certainly gone down with his recent performance.

Tanner Bibee Player Prop Bets: Hits Allowed

Bibee was promoted to the major leagues at the start of last season and made a lot of noise in doing so.  In his debut versus the Colorado Rockies, Bibee became the first Cleveland pitcher ever to record at least five consecutive strikeouts in a Major League debut.
