UK Horse Betting – 2011 - 2012

Those living in the UK love their horse betting and we have all the latest track odds for 2011 and 2012, all of which can be bet online.  Note that there are daily horse racing events taking place in the UK and William Hill promises the very best odds on all of them.

William Hill also offers online poker, a casino and other sports betting so you can always open an account through one of those sections to take advantage of the best bonus money offers.  For example, William Hill online poker was extremely competitive during the early part of July offering a €1250 new deposit bonus, perhaps the best we have ever seen at Will Hill.  You would need to dabble in a bit of poker to take advantage of such attractive bonus offers of course.  The sports betting section typically offers free bet options and one can easily take advantage of these bonuses immediately by placing bets on horse races.

What is the Best UK Horse Betting Odds guarantee?

Best Odds Guaranteed is William Hill’s way of ensuring you get the best possible price for your bets. If you place a bet in a Best Odds Guaranteed race and take the price available at the time, if the SP (Starting Price) is a better price, they’ll settle your bet at that better price!

This means no more disappointment if the price gets better and better, you're guaranteed whichever is higher - the SP or the price you took.  This is an absolutely incredible incentive to bet with William Hill in our opinion here at Gambling911.com and this is the reason we are making William Hill our official UK horse betting bookmaker for the 2011 – 2012 period, although we will occasionally promote some of our other sponsors for specific races.

UK Horse Betting – 2011 - 2012 - The Important Races

The Grand National is the most bet on horse race in Great Britain.  It takes place in Liverpool in early April with the next race on 14 April, 2012, so mark your calendars.  The steeplechase consists of 2 circuits round the testing Aintree course over a total distance of four and half miles.

The Cesarewitch Handicap is a fairly heavily bet on English flat horse race for thoroughbred horses aged three years and above.  This year it will be staged on Future Champions Day 8 October.  This is in fact Britain's first ever Future Champions' Day and will include The Dewhurst Stakes (Group 1), Middle Park Stakes (Group 1), Rockfel Stakes (Group 2) and Autumn Stakes (Group 3) all for 2yo horses, and the Challenge Stakes (Group 2), Darley Stakes (Group 3) for 3yo and upwards, as well as the Cesarewitch Heritage Handicap.  Gambling911.com will provide extensive coverage of this UK horse betting event.

*Next Big Race to Bet On:  The King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes is run over a distance of 2400 meters at the Ascot Racecourse each July.  This year it will be run 22 July so it is quickly approaching.  It is one of the most prestigious in the UK and is sponsored by William Hill.

The Irish Championship Stakes is one of Europe's greatest and most significant flat races.  Mark your calendars for 3 September and be sure to get the best guaranteed odds at William Hill here
