Bears vs. Lions

The Chicago Bears are a -2.5 favorite here after opening at -3.5 and at one point climbing to -4.  There is some question as to whether starting quarterback Mitch Trubisky will be playing for the Bears Thursday due to a right shoulder injury.  He's listed as doubtful.  This news hasn't done much to affect the line however.  Chase Daniel is in line to make his third career start in 10 seasons in the NFL.  Close to 60% of the spread action was on Chicago regardless.

Redskins vs. Cowboys

This is yet another game where there will be questions surrounding the starting quarterback as Alex Smith is out for the season following a gruesome potentially career-ending injury last week.  Colt McCoy is seen by many as a capable quarterback who can continue to guide this team to the Playoffs.  The line on this game has moved from Dallas -4.5 to -7 with Smith out and the action is balanced on both sides.

Falcons vs. Saints

The action is mixed on this one depending on the book.  Sharp books have Atlanta seeing more action at +13.  Recreational books are seeing upwards of 75% of the spread action on New Orleans.  And in between there is balanced action elsewhere.  As the game draws closer we should get a better sense of how the books will be affected depending on which side covers.  What we do know is that recent historic trends show these teams have split wins and losses over the past five seasons with New Orleans never winning by more than 10 points.

It seems like every day there's a fresh rumor contradicting the prior day's rumor that Aiyuk is/isn't going to be traded.
