The Patriots-Bills betting odds had Buffalo as a +9 home underdog despite a decent showing so far this season (6-5).

The Patriots, now 9-2 Straight Up and 7-4 Against The Spread following a slow start, have dominated this series 8-2 over the last ten.

The Buffalo Bills are very much alive in the AFC playoff picture and their remaining schedule doesn't look too bad, ESPN.com notes.

The NFL Betting Power Ratings suggest the line is right on the money here.
