The NFL's yearly meat market is underway in Indianapolis. Now that the interviews, Wonderlic Test and all of the body measurements are out of the way, it is time to get for the future NFL hopefuls to showoff their athleticism. For the second year in a row, Sportsbook.com is offering plenty of odds on the NFL Combine.

The story that is getting the most love out of Indy is whether Chris Johnson's 40 yard dash record of 4.24 seconds can be broken. There are no shortage of speed demons at this year's combine but the two candidates that are expected to have the best chance at running a sub 4.24 are Clemson wide receiver Jacoby Ford and LSU return specialist Trindon Holliday.

A two time NCAA 100 meter champion, Holliday went so far as to predict that he'll run a 4.23 on Saturday. Also a collegiate track star, Ford won the 60 yard dash at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field championship. So as you can see, both of these speedsters are a legit threat to Johnson's record.

So will anyone break Johnson's 40 yard dash record of 4.24?

Sportsbook.com just opened the odds on this very question. Yes is currently the underdog at ‘even' while no one breaking the record is currently paying out at -130.

How about a match-up between these two athletes? Who will run the faster 40 yard dash?

Jacoby Ford is the underdog at ‘even' while favored Trindon Holiday cashes at -130.

"We recognize that the NFL has become a year round betting event," stated Sportsbook.com spokesman Dave Staley. "We were the first to offer odds on the NFL Combine last year and the feedback was positive, and this year has been even more impressive."

"From a handicappers standpoint, it is definitely challenging coming up with a solid and accurate number for some of these ideas. But we have the balls to throw our numbers out there. We opened the O/U for the best 40 time at 4.31 seconds, everyone pounded the ‘under' so we closed and adjusted to 4.27, it still might be too high."
