Arizona Cardinals vs. Jacksonville Jaguars Odds

Arizona Cardinals vs. Jacksonville Jaguars odds were listed at Jacksonville -3 across the board after opening at -5.  This game was getting even action though we were seeing about 85 to 90 percent of the money line action flowing the Cardinals way.  Bookmaker.com had the line at -3 as an FYI.

The things that really stand out in our minds when we examine the Cardinals vs. Jaguars is the Cardinals tough time coming to the East during the regular season.  Sure this changed in the post season and shocked everyone but the trend was to completely come unraveled visiting the East during the entire 2008 regular season. The Cardinals lost in all five of their regular-season trips across country last year. They did travel to Carolina and beat the Panthers in the playoffs, but questions remain about Arizona's ability to win consistently on the East Coast.

These two teams met in Arizona in 2005 and Jacksonville won 24-17.

Here is another great stat favoring the Jaguars:  In non conference home games, the Jaguars are 20-5 since 1992!

And even though the Jaguars lost last weekend, we really liked the way they played against Indianapolis on the road, losing by only two points.

Some stats not favoring Jacksonville:

The Jaguars are 1-8 ATS in their last 9 games as a favorite.

The Jaguars are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 home games.

The Jaguars are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games following a ATS win.

A lot of this can be attributed to a team that was becoming unraveled in 2008.

Stats that better reflect a team that improved its performance include Jacksonville being 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games after allowing less than 90 yards rushing in their previous game.

Arizona's Pro Bowl wide receiver nearly missed last week with a hamstring injury. While he played, he was ineffective and finished with just two catches for 19 yards. If Boldin is slowed, it makes it easier for defenses to double-team Larry Fitzgerald on the other side and hinder the offense.

Gambling911.com is really liking the Jacksonville Jaguars to cover here by 3 points.

Brandon Aiyuk Trade Odds

It seems like every day there's a fresh rumor contradicting the prior day's rumor that Aiyuk is/isn't going to be traded.
