Alabama Crimson Tide

The online bookmaker BetUS.com is convinced that the Alabama Crimson Tide will make waves again in the SEC for the upcoming 2010-2011 College Football season.

The company posted its SEC odds and makes the Crimson Tide around even odds of winning the conference

“Alabama is looking to repeat and has most of their top players on offense back, but the Florida Gators remain a challenger to win the league as well in the SEC Football Betting Futures odds yet again,” states Nick Meyer of BetUS.com.

Florida would pay out $25 for every $10 bet with an SEC Conference win.

“The Crimson Tide clock in with the best odds coming off of their 2009 national championship at -105 to win the conference, and they have a loaded team that reflects those odds. Mark Ingram is back at tailback with a realistic shot to repeat as the Heisman Trophy winner and the Crimson Tide always seem to have a good running game.

“Nick Saban at head coach has taken it to another level, however, and with Julio Jones at receiver on the outside to spread the field, the Tide offense will be tough to stop as the young defense matures.”

The Crimson Tide is set to play an early game against the Penn State Nittany Lions that could prove challenging but that team will be breaking in a new quarterback.
