As a southerner and a lifelong resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, I can only conclude that Governor Beshear's objective is to reinforce the unfortunate national stereotype of Appalachians as illiterate inbred yokels. What a mouth breathing knuckle dragger this Governor Beshear must be. Don't they have civics class in Kentucky? Hasn't he ever heard of the Interstate Commerce Clause? In the wake of the $700 billion bailout in Washington it's looking like this is National Burn the Constitution Week in the halls of government of our states and in our nation's capital. Wowsers!!!! Give the !@#$%^&* domains back to the owners, and put Governor Beshear on the first plane to North Korea where he'll feel a lot more at home.
