Sarah Palin is nothing more than a performing monkey...and a good one at that. She is there as a distraction from real issues and to be frank a real election. McCain knew that with a combination such as Obama and Biden that he would have to do something extreme and revolutionary. Would he have chosen this woman had Biden or someone else been nominated for President? Of course not, and everyone knows.it. Palin may be able to memorize and deliver a contrived speech prettily but what honors college student trained to do so, wouldn't be able to do the same? Her ONE speech that she gave thus far to the public was after four days of seclusion and memorization and filled with snide, immature, backhanded comments. A true definition of christian, don't you think? I don't know about the rest of you, but I do not want someone who is incapable of thinking for themselves on the spot representing us in a room of top foreign leaders with nothing more than a smart ass comment to retaliate. She sounds like a self-righteous, pretentious, know-it-all that has about the same amount of maturity and decision making skills as her knocked up 17 year old daughter. One of the people, you conservative people yell? Well i can tell you i have had my share of snobby self-entitled soccer/ hockey moms in my life to know that, that is not a person that i want running my country and representing me to the world. A world that already thinks we are a joke because of the 8 years of administration we have had to live through. It is time for America to wake up and not play into the hands of the Republican strategists who are banking on the people to be swayed by pretty lights and smoke screens of a "breath of fresh air". Remember America you are voting for Palin as Vice President of the United States of America, NOT President.
