8 Months Vs 7 months

The conspiracy theory is that the birth mother (possibly not the daughter?) was actually 8 months pregnant when Gov announced she was 7 months pregnant. Why? Obviously, the previously flat tummy would be an impossible juxtaposition for the 8 month confabulation, but slightly less so for the 7 month story. The Alaskan press bought the 7 month flat tummy story anyway. Then there is the thought that the birth mother intended to give up the child to an adopting family when the extra chromosome was discovered--at which point the adopting family pulled out and the Governor decided to adopt the baby herself and play Bree for a coupla months.
