Merge Not Paying Player's Winnings!!!!

I play poker online for fun and relaxation. I seem to win now but have not gotten paid by Merge (Carbon Poker) for 3 months now. I was using PIC Club and never had a problem with withdrawals from them (while Carbon Poker took 3-4 weeks to send me a winnings check PIC got them out in two weeks). On Sept 12th 09 I withdrew $600 of about $850 I had won over a few days. I was told by them "the check's in the mail" several times after the 4 weeks mark passed and no check. I then got a phone call and e-mail directly from Check Kidd CEO of PIC explaining the problem he was having with Merge. I was told to send my $600 back to Carbon/Merge since they never did pay PIC the money anyway (although carbon denies this) before a certain date in October,, which I promptly did on October 13th I believe, I also withdrew the amount and had a check sent. I have been checking and have gotten many excuses as to why my check is not here yet (November 23rd) , the comment last night being that my postal service may be slow.. Now I get my FIRST e-mail response from Carbon Poker in the 2 months I've been trying to get paid my winnings, and it says "Please be informed that your check was processed on the 20th of November. Kindly inform us if you wish to wait for the said check to arrive at your place or have it cancelled and the funds returned back to your account. Should you require further assistance or information, please reply to this message.' Now all along I've been told it's in the mail and it would be here in 4 weeks. I have copies of all the live chats and promises. I really think there may be a problem with this poker site and their ability to pay. I heard nothing about PIC players getting paid by PIC as I just read here on your site. I was told by Chuck at PIC to send it back to Merge/Carbon Poker and now a withdrawal from September 12th is (maybe if they are telling the truth this time) just getting "processed" today, and I guess I can expect NOT to see it in 4-6 weeks again. It's a shame because I liked the room and I like the game. The dishonesty with the customers who keep them going - I can live without. Anyone else with similar experiences here? I have found others on the site that have been waiting 6 weeks or more for checks. Juli
