I was told to send my money back to Merge (in an e-mail from Chuck Kidd). Which I did because I understood that was the only way to get paid my check. I still have not received anything from Merge except the run around "checks in the mail" every time I contact them. I have recieved winnings from Merge in the past over 6 months ago and never over $500 at a time. I have also recieved winnings checks from PIC club within 3-4 weeks quite a few times. I have now been caught in the middle of this fight between PIC and Merge since September 12th, 2009 when I first tried to withdraw my money and was told it was "being processed". Merge now says it "will send my money on November 21st unless i want it sent back to my players account." (Yeah right)....... It's not a ton of money ($600) but it's my money and I would like to get my check. If Merge is that bad off that they can't pay me this amount than I don't think anyone else is safe playing there. I also don't understand why I was told by Chuck Kidd (via e-mail in early October and after a phone call from him explaining that Merge hadn't paid him yet) to send my money back to Merge in order to get paid - and then the players that kept thier money at PIC Club (which I would have rather done but thought I should follow the e-mail directions) they got paid. What is going on here? I just want to play poker and when I win - get paid!! What a novel idea. How about it Merge?? Send us our money. I know I'm not the only one - many of the players are telling me they haven't been paid either in over 2 months. How long can this go on? I promise will post here IF and when i ever get my check. In the meantime I don't advise you put your money on Merge. I don't work for any poker company. I'm a mom with a full time job and a poker player. I don't want to be in the middle of these poker politics. I just want my check. It's been 3 months now. I have gotten nothing but lies and contradictions from Merge so far. I have copies of all my e-mails and chats and it's almost comical (but not). 3 Months and counting lets see if they ever pay me. And if you are one of us that has not been paid please post so others know not to make the same mistake until we are paid. Poker Player
