Who is to say that Chucky and the Whale were not in cahoots to rack up fees? no proof offered just more baseless accusations. They must be desperate for cash if they wont let this go? It is much more probable that Merge is the one desperate for cash, They are the ones that stalled, lied and missed payments only to finally default on their debt. Get your money out of Merge while you can Who would want to make money of their partners (merge's) loss? Did you even follow this story? MERGE ADMITTED THEY MADE MONEY ON THE WHALE! That is not good business practice? It is PICClubs responsibility to protect its members and investors funds, and not collecting 160K would be bad business practice. But I wouldn't expect someone whos knowledge of business obviously stopped growing with DO YOU WANT TO SUPER SIZE THAT SIR? to understand that.
