Sure would love to hear a rebuttal by Merge management. From what Mr. Kidd wrote, sounds like he has bent over backwards to accomodate Merge, offering a $60,000 discount, but they still stiff him? If they did end up making a profit from the whale, I don't see why they should pay a penny less then the full amount owed to PIC, since it seems that the profit they made on this whale, was in part due to him being a member of PIC club. The issue might be more that they CAN'T pay, instead of don't WANT to pay. Is Merge the next Tusk or Eurolinx?
