Sure that this is a industry problem that is not isolated to just Bodog and the client base is huge (well a year ago). But management have a lot of the blame because they new that their payment processors where about to collapse. They also laid off people that was bringing a lot of money to the company, but thought they could do with them. Another mistake was to keep a manager that wasn't working but was friend's of the President Mr. Gillespie. In this business you can't keep someone that is not doing a good job, and change him from office to office. The biggest problem with Bodog is that the managers don't respect positions and they all want to make the final call, so you have 4 guys that have different point of views and the guy who's responsible cannot make the call because he has a senior manager on his back even though is not his dept. or call.
