Until the Federal government stops treating online gaming as a vehicle for organized crime, nothing is going to change. All the issues they mention about problem gaming, underage etc can be addressed via software. Software can't address the attitudes good or bad, the Feds have concerning online gaming. Hopefully as time passes, more progressive people get elected and Mr Kyl and his merry henchman will be voted out of office. Then just maybe a US online gaming industry with protections for its customers will emerge. Until some of these right wing wackos (and several idiot liberals) are voted out, nothing is going to change for the better.
