I have been a Joan River's fan for 25 years and have paid many times to see her in Vegas and in Los Angeles clubs...never again, anywhere. Unfortunately, I purchased her latest book before she showed her A$$ on television. I know she has made a living at being bitchy, but I thought that was an act. There is no excuse for her. The way she is doing damage control on television since the game ended is repulsive. She is acting as though she said those horrible things to Annie after Annie wished her dead and called her a cancer. What a lie. Too bad Melissa went backwards with this show. She wound up proving what everyone assumed to be true about her. IMO, Joan shouldn't alienate her jewelry buyers by using the phrase, "white trash" as most of what she sells looks like dime store junk at Fifth Ave prices. Even when I liked her, I couldn't buy it. She used the Apprentice as product placement for her wares, so I hope she donates all the proceeds from her boardroom collection to her charity.
