To answer your specific question, how about "Bernie Madoff"???? Heard of him lately? Thousands of Jews and others like Joan invested with him hoping to get unheard of returns on their money, and none of them thought anything about doing business with a "Bernie" while his name is Bernard. So the entire comment is just inane. With respect to Annie tooting her own horn, you are obviously not part of the real world, ot at least don't work in it. As a professional woman, having high self-esteem, and knowing how to sell yourself is the ONLY way to get ahead. The men will just tear you apart if you don't. Annie is an example to all professional women of how to present yourself, how to sell yourself, how to have others respect your work. Of course she will not be liked, by people like you! Why? Because people who sit on thier ass all day feeling sorry for themselves don't like to have go-getting women demonstrating that it is possible to do it all: Have children, be happily married, and have a successful carreer being at the top of their game as Annie is. Annie, like myself, and other professional successful, happy, well rounded women will always be attacked, hated, and torn down. I can think of one other one lately: Sarah Palin! Even if you don't agree with her political views, the utter vitriol that came out attacking this hard working mother who was successful. How can women do this to each other? It is truly disgusting, and Joan is truly disgusting. She is a racist, a classist and deserves to never be on TV again. Not to mention that she looks like a freaking monster, yet everyone just kisses her ass as if she walked on water. This is completely insane. So shame on you.
