Increasingly, children can also access the Internet via mobile devices, and all it takes is one child in a group of friends to have unrestricted access to the Internet for all to have access. In turning a blind eye towards the fact that many parents do not use filters and that children can access the Internet on computers that are not under parental control, these judges also ignored the Supreme Court's holding in Ginsberg v.
