They manage the affiliate aspects of the poker room along with a casino. Explain why there have been no payments from CardSpike and how they managed to stay part of the certified programs for so long....because its their own program. There would be no way in hell Lou would ever let another company do that. The fact is that CAP owes affiliates and has not paid them the money they were paid by the Cake network.
