Nope... it's actually $10,000 a QUARTER per program... uless you're what they consider a "high maintenence" account, then it can be much more.And all you get for that money is a crappy room in their forum where you get bashed by affiliates on a regular basis. This is why the "CAP Certified" Seal is worthless. They have a ton of members who are rogued and blacklisted everywhere but no one notices. They may have pulled Card Spikes "approval" but I assure you it's for appearance sake. Maybe if these programs weren't forking over $10,000 a QUARTER for fake "certifications" and dropping another $30.000 on the next CAP Convention (they come around every 2-3 months now) then they would have some cash left over to PAY AFFILIATES!!!!
