Why does people without knowledge express their opinions

Another article written by someone who obviously does NOT know what he is talking about. How about you try a 0% tax on winnings in UK, since gains from gambling are tax-free there. As for Monaco, could have been a good choice and another dane, Gus Hansen, used to call it his home (he might still be living there, who cares?). But you will probably not find any high stakes games there as poker cash games are non-existent there.
