Of course you are going to play the race card. Clearly Obama is black, and therefore has to be a saint. Nothing he does could ever be wrong or unethical. He's black, for Pete's sake! Last I checked, it is 'equal' treatment, not 'special' treatment. If Obama were white, I'd want him out of office just as much. Look at all the unconstitutional stuff he's done since he's been in office. The healthcare bill is unconstitutional (you can't force me to buy a product; and the 'secret' amendment to Section 3403, saying that the bill cannot be recalled unless by a super-majority), serving as chair of the Security Council is unconstitutional (Article I, Section 9, Clause 8), using taxpayer money to buy private industries is unconstitutional (where in Article I, Section 8 does it say that the government can own private businesses? Doesn't Amendment X say that all powers not delegated to the government or prohibited to the states belong to the states or the people?), his "czars" are unconstitutional (Article II, Section 3 states that all officials need to be chosen by a 2/3 majority of the Senate), he has passed an executive order amending executive order 12425 that essentially gives Interpol and other international organizations operating in the US complete immunity to the Freedom of Information Act, he has even gotten the Supreme Court to say that people declared "suspected enemy combatants" are completely stripped of their rights and considered "subhuman", not to mention his request that the Supreme Court Justices be "empathetic" when Justice is blind, and he's taken the first steps of total gun bans by switching the US stance on UN conventional arms treaties that would subject American citizens to the laws of foreign countries. Not to mention that Hawaii is not and never was a US territory or state (the Clinton administration verified and officially apologized for this in 1993).
