Curious about Kyl

I've been wondering if John McCain told Kyl to put a lid on it the last year. Kyl did everything to stop efforts to overturn UIGEA after its passage but is noticeably invicible over say these last 9 months. Nevada was a key battle ground state and it shouldn't go unnoticed that all candidates in the primaries were approached about the topic of internet gambling since vegas is anxious to embark on that technology. The last month execs from a number of casinos were meeting to discuss entry into the market I know and just as Barney Frank said in the very well done interview with Jenny here at G911, it is going to be that much easier.
