Listen to the audio feed -- stupid!

If you listen to the audio feed of the US Circuit Court in WDC (avail at their site) you will hear Bodog's lawyers harping on endlessly about the patent in question being under reconsideration -- so is the NPT vs. RIM patent and they collected over $300M from RIM! The point is, which is clear if you listen to the judges audio feed, that the question is not about the patent, it's about debtors who dodge process servers and the standards for a valid default judgment. In this case not only was Bodog served, but their lawyer Jimmy was informed of the suit by 1st Technology (listen - mid way into the audio feed), this combined with the fact that the "external consultant" with whom Bodog pegged its alibi as not being in operation therefore couldn't have been at the scene of the crime - was blown apart when it was made clear in the feed that the consultant guy was actually a Bodog insider and treasurer of the company! In this time of financial melt-down and rip-offs, let's focus on more people sticking by the rules and less on having everyone get off on technicalities! Hey Calvin played a poker game with 1st Tech and lost -- so what happens when you or Wall Street lose (or at the tables of Bodoglife for that matter)? You pay up or wimp out and stay away from the tables for good!
