Luol Deng, Mario Chalmers, Goran Dragic Daily Fantasy NBA Value – Hawks vs. Heat

A few of the Miami Heat players really catch our eye today against a formidable Atlanta Hawks team on the daily fantasy NBA front.

Mario Chalmers – Priced at just $4.4K, Chalmers enjoyed 19 baskets, 11 assists and 5 rebounds against Atlanta the last time he faced them.  Throw in a block and a steal we had over 40 fantasy points.  Chalmers played over 30 minutes in that one.  Off the bench against the Pelicans he played around 25 minutes.  Even if he performs half as good as he did against Atlanta last time, Chalmers should make value Saturday night priced at $4K with a target of around 22 fantasy points

Luol Deng – He has scored at least 30 fantasy points in five of his last six games and only needs that amount to make value.

Against the Pelicans Friday night Deng made 22 baskets, 3 rebounds, 2 assists and a steal with no turnovers, making value.

Versus Atlanta the last time he played them, the Heat small forward struggled mightily but only played 16:35 minutes.  He managed three rebounds and scored just 5 baskets.

We’d prefer to chalk this one up to a rare off night and believe he can get closer to value on Saturday.

Goran Dragic – The new addition point guard has helped increase the pace.  The Hawks have permitted the 12th most fantasy points to opposing point guards.  He will need around 30 fantasy points as well to make value.

Like Deng, Dragic also managed to reach value versus the Pelicans Friday night.

The home team has won six of the last seven in this series so one can expect a much closer game in Miami Saturday night.

Klay Thompson Next Team Odds

Tuesday night was likely Klay Thompson's last game as a Golden State Warrior.  Next stop?  Orlando, assuming the oddsmakers are correct.
