Lakers-Hornets Game 4 Line

The Lakers-Hornets Game 4 line was coming in at -5.5 in favor of Los Angeles, or should we say +5.5 in favor of New Orleans?  So far, in the 2011 NBA Playoffs, the underdogs have managed to go 18-7-1 Against The Spread.  All odds were courtesy of BetED.com where you can claim your FREE $250 by mentioning bonus code GAMBLING911 Here

The Hornets expect to play Chris Paul Sunday even though he injured his thumb.

"We've got more stuff to worry about than my thumb ... such as winning this game," Paul said.

He has averaged 25 points, 10.3 assists, five rebounds and two steals during the postseason.

The series is currently led by Los Angeles 2-1.

"We have the series lead. That doesn't mean we're in command of the series," Lakers star Kobe Bryant said. "So their approaching it as a must-win is just a bigger challenge for us to come out and try to match that energy. It should be fun."

As far as covering the spread goes, both teams have split the last four games in their series.  The Lakers, however, have won 8 of the last 10.  New Orleans has covered by the current spread in only 3 of the last 10 games.

The Lakers 8-2 ATS in their last 10 vs. NBA Southwest, 9-3 ATS in their last 12 road games, and are 12-4 ATS in their last 16 road games vs. a team with a winning home record.

The Hornets are 1-9 ATS in their last 10 playoff games as an underdog of 5.0-10.5.

Other lines for Sunday NBA Playoffs games had Miami at -6 against Philadelphia,  Boston at -4 vs. the Knicks and Orlando -2 vs. Atlanta.  The Hawks actually lead that series 2-1.
