Kansas vs. Texas A&M College Basketball odds opened at Kansas -7 ½ with the line sitting there for the time being at SBG Global.

Kansas vs. Texas A&M goes off Monday, 9:00 pm Eastern - ESPN so odds are subject to change and we suggest you lock the number in now if -7 ½ sounds good.

Top-ranked Kansas is expected to get a severe test on Monday as they travel to face Texas A&M in a college basketball betting game that can be seen on ESPN.  The Jayhawks are the class of the Big 12 but A&M is arguably the second best team in the conference. They are tied for second in the Big 12 and they are undefeated at home. They have won four straight overall and that includes breaking Missouri's long home winning streak.

Kansas has just one loss on the college basketball betting season while A&M has six but all of the losses for Texas A&M were on the road and all but one of them to ranked teams. Kansas is coming off a 73-59 win over Iowa State on Saturday. The win took Kansas to 24-1 on the season and 10-0 in the Big 12.  It was head coach Bill Self's 400th career victory.

Texas A&M has gone under the radar a bit this season but they have really come on lately.  "We just figure out a way to win," head coach Mark Turgeon said. "Every game is a close game, a five or six-point game. We're disciplined and we could be more disciplined defensively. But we figure out ways to win. We make enough shots, enough foul shots and there is a toughness about us that I haven't seen since we've been here."

If the Aggies beat Kansas on Monday they will get everyone's attention.  The crown could be a major help. "This has been the best since I've been here," Turgeon said, "I think everyone here really likes our team and how hard we play. We play together and there is a toughness about us. We're not overly talented, but the Aggies appreciate us. In a month, we could be really good."

In this series, the road team is 6-1 ATS in the last 7 meetings. It could be a low scoring college basketball betting game on Monday even though Kansas has a potent offense. The Jayhawks are 4th in the country in scoring at just over 83 points per game but seven of the last ten Kansas road games and 13 of their last 21 games have gone under the total.

Tuesday night was likely Klay Thompson's last game as a Golden State Warrior.  Next stop?  Orlando, assuming the oddsmakers are correct.
