Kansas State-Syracuse Line has Orange a -5 Point Favorite

NCAA Basketball Tournament betting continues Saturday with Bookmaker.eu already releasing the Kansas-Syracuse line.  The Orange comes in as the -5.5 favorite.  Bookmaker.eu has been serving the sports betting public since 1985 and will be offering betting on all tournament games in addition to many prop bets.

The number one seed Syracuse nearly got upset by UNC-Asheville on Thursday.

The 72-65 win made it 109-0 for No. 1 seeds against No. 16s since the NCAA went to a field of 64 in 1985.

"I don't think luck had anything to do with this game today," Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim said, "and I think the better team won."

Number 8 seed Kansas State eliminated number 9 seed Southern Mississippi with a final score of 70-64.

Kansas State's defense tightened up, and point guard Angel Rodriguez nailed five free throws in the final 57 seconds to send the Wildcats into Saturday's matchup against Syracuse, which beat UNC Asheville 72 -65.

"We were fortunate to take the punch and stop the bleeding by making another run," Rodriguez said
