The Padres are 2-7 in their last nine games versus the Diamondbacks and they’ve lost their last six games in Arizona, but here is something else to consider before placing that bet on Arizona.

The Diamondbacks, on the other hand, are 9-4 in their last 13 games vs. a right-handed starters and 6-1 in Zach Godley’s last 7 starts vs. a team with a losing record.

The Arizona Diamondbacks lead the major leagues in runs scored.

Trevor Cahill is 0-2 with a 3.75 ERA in six appearances (one start) against the Diamondbacks.

Godley is 10-5 with a 5.34 ERA in 36 career appearances (15 starts) and 1-1 with a 7.50 ERA against the Padres in five games (two starts).
