The Arizona Diamondbacks were seeing around 86% of the money line action hosting Milwaukee, yet the line was still appealing at -152 some books.  We have seen a few books drop from -164 to -152.

Bottom line is we are seeing little effort trying to get bettors to back Milwaukee Tuesday night.  Normally in these situations we'd see the books move Arizona past -180.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Brewers RH Jhoulys Chacin (3-1, 3.00 ERA) vs. Diamondbacks RH Zack Greinke (3-2, 3.70)

Chacin is 3-0 over his last five starts and unbeaten over his last seven turns.  Chacin is 6-4 with a 3.48 ERA in 17 career appearances (16 starts) against the Diamondbacks.

Greinke received back-to-back no-decisions despite allowing just two runs and nine hits over 12 2/3 innings during the stretch. He is 1-3 with a 4.20 ERA in six career appearances (five starts) versus the Brewers.

The Brewers are 6-0 in Chacin’s last 6 starts with 4 days of rest and 5-1 in his last 6 road starts.

The Diamondbacks are 11-4 in Greinke’s last 15 starts with 4 days of rest.

The Diamondbacks are 0-5 in their last 5 home games vs. a right-handed starter.

Both clubs have near identical records and have split wins and losses over their last ten.

There is just not enough here that pushes us to back one team over the other due to the strong starters for both sides.
