The last two days we have essentially managed to break even with our picks.

Today we will be on the Washington Nationals at -133 vs. the New York Mets even though this price is a little too high for our tastes.

Gio Gonzalez is 3-1 when starting against NY Mets with an ERA of 2.79 and a WHIP of 1.207.  Jeremy Hefner is 0-3 when starting against WASHINGTON with an ERA of 5.29 and a WHIP of 1.412.

These pitching stats make this play too hard to pass up.

The home team has only won 3 of the last 10 in this series while Washington is 12-2 in the last 14 meetings in New York, making this extra hard to pass up.

Yesterday we were on Arizona and today we are on red hot Colorado at -117They have won 7 straight and enjoy a terrific pitching advantage on Saturday.

Colorado's Jorge De La Rosa is 6-3 when starting against ARIZONA with an ERA of 2.57 and a WHIP of 1.214.  Trevor Cahill, meanwhile, is just 1-3 when starting against COLORADO with an ERA of 5.65 and a WHIP of 1.500.

The Rockies have won 4 of the last 5 in this series.  They are 11-0 in their last 11 home games.

Truly a hard play to pass up.
