BetDSI opened the Kansas City Chiefs as 16.5-point favorites for their home game against the Arizona Cardinals next Sunday. You will find more on that Week 10 odds observation, and others, below.

- The last time the Chiefs were favored by more than 14.5 points was 12/13/92 (-16 vs. New England). The Chiefs haven't been favored by 16.5 points or more in a game since betting lines became widely available in 1985.

- Over the last decade, there have been 21 teams favored by at least 16 points. Those teams are 20-1 overall (8-12-1 against the spread) with the only loss coming this year when the Vikings were upset by Buffalo in Week 3.

- The Cardinals are tied for the highest spread for a team coming off its bye week (since 1990 when byes were instituted).

Largest spreads for teams off bye week:
    •    Arizona (+16.5) at Kansas City (11/11/18)
    •    Washington (+16.5) at Dallas (11/20/94)
    •    San Francisco (+16.5) at Chicago (10/29/06)
    •    San Diego (+16) at Denver (11/8/98)
    •    Tampa Bay (+15) at San Francisco (10/23/94)
    •    Arizona (+14.5) at Dallas (10/13/96)
- The Cardinals haven't been underdogs by more than two touchdowns since 12/30/12 at San Francisco (+16).

Coming off their first loss of the season, the Los Angeles Rams were installed as 10-point favorites at home against the Seattle Seahawks. Russell Wilson has played at an MVP-caliber level this season, but he finds himself in an odd odds situation in Week 10.

- Wilson has never been a double-digit underdog in his career. The highest underdog spread Wilson has incurred is 7.5 points. The first instance came in Week 7 of his rookie season (2012) when the Seahawks were 7.5-point dogs at San Francisco while the most recent came this year in Week 5 versus the Rams.

- The last time the Seahawks were double-digit underdogs came on November 6, 2011 at Dallas (-10.5).

BetDSI opened San Francisco as a 3-point favorite versus the Giants for their Monday Night Football matchup in Week 10. Nick Mullens is expected to make his second straight start at quarterback for the 49ers.

- The Niners are 9-1 straight up and 10-0 against the spread in their last 10 appearances on Monday Night Football. (Note: San Francisco opened as a favorite against Oakland last week and maintained that position until game day when the Raiders shifted to a 1-point favorite following news that C.J. Beathard would not play.)

- The 49ers are 1-12 against the spread in their last 13 games as favorites. Since Dec. 18, 2014, the 49ers are 0-5 straight up and 0-5 against the spread as favorites under all quarterbacks not named Jimmy Garoppolo.

Much has been made of increased scoring in the NFL this year. However, Week 10 features the lowest over/under this season. BetDSI opened the total for the Bills-Jets game at 37, and it has already been bet down to 36.5.

Games with O/U in the 30s in 2018:
    •    38 - Titans at Bills (10/7/18) (Under)
    •    38 - Bears at Bills (11/4/18) (Over)
    •    38.5 - Bills at Ravens (9/9/18) (Over)
    •    39 - Bears at Cardinals (9/23/18) (Under)
    •    39.5 - Jaguars at Cowboys (10/14/18) (Over)
    •    39.5 - Titans at Jaguars (9/23/18) (Under)
- This over/under marks the lowest total in a game since Week 14 last year (Colts at Bills).

- The last time the Jets were favored by more than a touchdown was 12/13/15 (-8 vs. Tennessee). This is the most points the Jets have been favored by in a game since 12/11/11 vs. Kansas City (-10.5).

- Since 1940, the Bills are one of 13 teams to have scored eight touchdowns or fewer through their first nine games. This season, the Rams have 32 offensive touchdowns while the Chiefs lead the league with 38.

- The Saints and Rams combined to score eight touchdowns in just over 35 minutes in Week 9, the same number the Bills have in 540 minutes played this year.

- Nick Mullens had the same number of touchdown passes in his first NFL start last Thursday (3) as the Bills have this season.

- The Bills are on pace to tie the record for the lowest touchdown total (14) in history since the NFL expanded to a 16-game schedule.
