A total of nine states block the Draftkings app for daily fantasy sports. A handful of states allow betting on the Draftkings site while offshore/international sportsbooks area accessible in all states with the exception of New Jersey (most).

Unlike the internationally licensed sportsbook sites, Draftkings will require users to submit their social security number and they will report your winnings to the IRS once you reach a certain threshold - This is true of the DFS app as well since, yes, it is gambling.
