Some suggest the Redskins will play one of the toughest schedules in 2018.

That’s according to Warren Sharp, who created a model based on win totals from different Las Vegas oddsmakers, as well as road games and more.

Sharp ranks Washington's schedule 24th toughest.

“Seeming to face difficult schedules annually, the Skins again draw a tough 2018 road including a league-high six top-ten opponents. Washington does face the bottom-five Cardinals and Colts to start off, but has the NFL’s earliest bye (Week 4) and plays eight opponents ranked in the top 14 in their ensuing ten games. From Weeks 3-17, the Skins face the toughest schedule in the NFL. And all three of their primetime games are on the road.”

2018 Betting Outlook

The schedule is scary based on the above.

The Redskins get Alex Smith and LSU running back Derrius Guice.  They also have a strong front seven defenders.

Washington could be a wildcard this season.  That schedule just may be too much to overcome though.
