US
Open Betting Odds Include Tiger Woods Total 2007
Majors Wins
If you were a little
late getting in on your early US Open betting, there
is still time to jump all over the Tiger Woods
specials, which include the high paying Total 2007
Majors Wins bet.
This is Carrie
Stroup reporting for Sports911.com. While
Tiger Woods is promising to pay a decent $300 for
every $100 bet during this week's US Open, there are
even bigger payouts to be had with the
aforementioned Tiger Woods proposition wager.
Woods winning zero
Majors pays $11 for every $10 bet, which is pretty
much even odds.
Woods winning one
Major pays 3 to 2 odds. Two Majors would pay
out 3 to 1 odds and three Majors wins would pay out
15 to 1 odds.
But Tiger Woods has
plenty on his mind these days - other than golf.
Late last year, when this proposition bet was first
released, the oddsmakers at
Sportsbook.com
initially questioned whether becoming a new dad
would get in the way of his tournament schedule and
perhaps even slow him down.
He and wife Elin
Nordegren are expecting a child in early July and
the anticipation is changing Woods' focus as he
enters the U.S. Open and also takes over his own
stop on the tour.
"My time management skills are going to be tested,"
Woods told reporters recently. "But then again,
these are all things that are very exciting: hosting
my first Tour event, playing in the U.S. Open and,
above all, the birth of a first child. ...
Thankfully, I don't sleep much."
