Most Bet on Side

Virginia Cavs - If you ever want to see a dominant side when it comes to the public backing, look no further than the Virginia Cavaliers Monday in College Basketball.  A clear 85% of the spread action was coming in on the Cavs in this game against the 20-5 Virginia Tech Hokies.  While the line had been as high as -6.5 some books, with a drop from -5, most books were edging back upwards a half point once again.  Still, the drop came after 8:30 am and books have not moved back up to -6 or beyond since that time.  Sagarin indicates the line should be no higher than -3.5.   Virginia Tech has won two of the last four with the home team being relatively dominant in this series.  We like Virginia Tech +5.5, though +6 is still available at one or two books.

Update 4:08 pm EST - This one we have boosted from Virginia Tech 57% chance to 62% as books moving off the -5.5 to -5.
