"I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on October 9, 1978 to an American father and Vietnamese mother... who met during the Vietnam war. That wonderful combination led to my exotic looks and long legs. Since my father was in the U.S. milatary we moved around a little, but also got to see many extraordinary places all over the world... none more beautiful than Aruba! Our first move brought us to California where I attended kindergarten and grade school, and where I first dreamed of being a model. I loved to play dress up, run around in my mother's high heels and take lots of pictures. I also enjoyed spending lots of time outdoors, and was a very adventurous child... climbing trees, building sandcastles, and even catching bumblebees! It was truly a wonderful childhood."

"During my teen years we moved to Florida, where I attended a public high school. There was a period of adjustment, but I soon met some new friends and settled in just fine. It was around that time that friends and family really began encouraging me to start modeling. After high school I started working part-time as a server in a fine restaurant while taking a few college classes. One day while I was working, a famous photographer approached me and asked if he could take my picture. I agreed, but only if I could bring along my girlfriend Kelley. (I was a little skeptical.) Anyway, he sent the photos to a talent agency in south Florida, and they contacted me shortly there after for an audition. Ever since that day I have been living a dream... modeling, doing national commercials, fashion shows, music videos, you name it!"
