Ron Paul Still a Great Value at +1400 Odds

Gambling911.com is your number one source for 2008 US Presidential betting odds and we're happy to report that BetUS.com is yet to fully grasp the so-called "Ron Paul Revolution".

"He continues to hold firm at +1400 odds (or a $100 bet would pay out $1400)," points out Payton O'Brien, Senior Editor of Gambling911.com.  "This despite the fact he is listed with 6/1 odds at Sportsbook.com." Sportsbook.com odds can be found here

This is a good time to bet on the Republican candidates as the much anticipated CNN/YouTube Republican debate is just a few days away and could have an influence on the odds

Ron Paul is nearing the $8 million mark in terms of 4th quarter contributions.

Interestingly enough, Fred Thompson is making little headway with bettors at BetUS.com where he sits with +1800 odds of becoming the next US President.  Those are longer odds than Ron Paul.

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton continues to hold strong as the big favorite at both Sportsbook.com and BetUS.com.  Hillary has slightly better odds of -250 at BetUS.com compared to 1/3 at Sportsbook.com.  One would have to bet $3 to win $1 (plus get the initial $3 back) at Sportsbook.com.

Mike Huckabee is still listed with 50/1 odds at Sportsbook.com.

Al Gore is still very much listed among the top 3 Democratic favorites among oddsmakers, even though he has not officially declared his candidacy.
