PartyPoker Catching up to PokerStars
A review of total cash player averages over the last 24 hours Tuesday morning has shown that PartyPoker had more than PokerStars. While the 7 day average was solidified by PokerStars, these are impressive numbers for PartyPoker nonetheless.
PartyPoker does not accept customers from the US at this time. Data suggests that PokerStars has been unable to fully capitalize on its being one of the few online poker rooms still accepting customers stateside over these past few months. This could be due to lack of marketing efforts.
Full Tilt Poker continues to hold onto the number two spot in terms of 7 day averages but is virtually neck and neck with Party. Fult Tilt also maintains the number one position in Google search for the term "Online Poker".
There is a significant gap between the three online poker rooms and the next closest competitors, a combination of iPoker, Everest and Ongame.
UltimateBet, meanwhile, has enjoyed a slight lead over Bodog Poker in terms of 7 day average cash players, according to online poker room monitoring analyses.
UltimateBet this week announced a major promotional campaign for both the US and international market.
