Obama Will Win Texas Primary Big Say Oddsmakers

The oddsmakers at Sportsbook.com now have US Presidential candidate listed with 2-7 odds of winning this Tuesday's Texas Primary, compared to Hillary Clinton's 9/4 odds.  In the world of oddsmaking, that is a fairly significant margin.  Essentially, one would have to bet $7 to win $2 for Obama to reign victorious in the Lone Star State.  Hardly a bargain, but remember you would receive your initial $7 back assuming Hillary doesn't pull the upset.  On the other hand, a $4 bet would pay $9 if Hillary Clinton were to win.

Clinton continues to hit Obama on his perceived "lack of experience".

Hillary Clinton belittled the sum and substance of Barack Obama's presidential bid Saturday as being based upon "one speech" opposing the Iraq war in 2002, according to the Chicago Tribune, but he contended that her previous support of a trade pact unpopular with labor unions as well as her acceptance of lobbyist donations made her a poor agent for change.

"He [McCain] will put forth his lifetime of experience. I will put forth my lifetime of experience. Sen. Obama will put forth a speech he made in 2002," she told reporters, rejecting her rival's complaints that she was engaging in fear-mongering.

"Everyone knows that John McCain will make this election about national security. That is a given. And it will be imperative that we have a nominee who is able to stand on that stage with Sen. McCain, and I believe I am the person best able to do that," she said.

Ohio is less clear as Clinton remains favored only by a small margin in that primary.
