Obama Closes in on Hilton: Odds Show No Change

Online gambling websites have yet to register the changes we are now witnessing in Iowa polls which now have Barack Obama breathing down Hillary Clinton's back.

Obama was still coming in around 4th place in the Odds Department to becoming the next US President behind heavily favored Clinton and two very vulnerable Republican candidates: Rudy Giuliani and Mitt Romney.

Barack Obama was still listed with 8/1 odds that would pay out $800 for every $100 bet at BetUS.com   Mrs. Clinton continues to roll over the competition with odds of -250 (nearly 1/3).

Most Democratic likely voters in Iowa, 55 percent, say they're more interested in a "new direction and new ideas" than in strength and experience, compared with 49 percent in July -- a help to Obama, who holds a substantial lead among "new direction" voters.
