Neteller Customer Coalition Gets Bogged Down in BanterA great idea at first, drive US Neteller customers to a website where they can discuss among each other the remedies for obtaining funds frozen by the online gambling third party payment processor this past January.
Since that time there have been very important discussions transpiring on the Neteller Customer Coalition board (initially called Neteller Sucks).
Affected customers have since questioned the board's effectiveness especially in light of the fact that hearing dates for Neteller co-founders have come and gone without any type of indication as to whether the two individuals - John Lefebrve and Stephen Lawrence - will ultimately be indicted for money laundering and racketeering.
Neteller claims US customer funds have been tied up ("frozen" is the word they use) by the US Justice Department. A representative speaking to USA Today seemingly confirmed this.
But Neteller continues to delay payment of customers despite claiming to have "a plan in place". Only after Gambling911.com calls out the third party payment processor, does Neteller suddenly seem to respond....or so it seems.
That's what happened the last time we questioned what was going on with this "payment remedy" only to have the whole online gambling community celebrate (except for us) Neteller's next announcement: "Funds are on the way!" Of course, funds would be on the way after X number of days. More waiting!
Neteller has been less than forthcoming over the last six months, and for this customers of the beleaguered company should not ever think to let up on them. This is what Neteller probably expects to happen through their "coddling" and that is exactly what appears to be occurring.
Posts such as "Handsome and Cool Bikers looking for fun!" and some personal attacks have begun to infiltrate the board.
That's not to say the Neteller Coalition Forum is without its usefulness. But where are the Neteller representatives to answer questions?
Neteller executives have already told Gambling911.com they cannot answer any questions concerning this matter due to legal issues and the "ongoing investigation", yet in the same breath insist that Neteller itself is not in any type of trouble.
One of the more recent posts may seem a bit over-the-top, yet some would argue it's the attitude that simply needs to be adapted in dealing with Neteller.
Let's make it clear, to pressure Neteller to return our money fast is to
attack it's public trustworthiness image to hurt it's current and
future business volume and it's stock performance. So everyone please
stay focus on doing these things.
Once we get our money back we will pressure them to pay us the
interest they owe us also. We will be lobbying our DOJ to go after the
Neteller executives harder if they don't pay us interest back and may
even sue them. As far as I concern, this battle is far from over until
we get every penny they owe us back. Honestly, I want to see the
entire Neteller excutive management group to get 30 years of prison
time each, so by the time they get out in 20 years (if they behave
good in prison), they all will be old or dead. And I hope all of them
comming in prison as boys and comming out as girls if u know what I
mean.
Every good poker players know, to win big you need to be agressive
and attacking oponents, if u just a sitback and wait u won't go far.
So ATTACK, ATTACK and ATTACK !
At some point, angry Neteller customers may want to consider calling out those online gambling establishments that still accept the third party payment processor. That would be nearly every European online gaming entity.
Right now the assumption is that Neteller is "trying" to get monies back to customers. The indications are that Neteller has a "plan" in place, but so too should customers. Already it's been six months. We here at Gambling911.com are fairly confident that Neteller has been able to communicate rather effectively with their paying merchants....why not their US customers?
