NETeller Hearing Extended Until Mid April

AddThis Social Bookmark Button As reported yesterday by Gambling911.com, the US government was going to ask for an extension in the matter concerning third party payment solutions company, NETeller, and its two co-founder, Stephen Lawrence and John LeFebvre.

Rebekah Carmichael, a spokesperson for the Southern District of New York U.S. Attorney's office, told Casino Times Press today that in order for an extension to occur, "all parties must agree to it," Carmichael added.

All parties have agreed to an April 16 date for the new hearing.  Ironic since this is the day after the US tax deadline and there are many who believe that the US case centers on lost tax monies.
