Mississippi Braves Manager Phillip Wellman Goes Crazy

Definitely one of the all time best tantrums in sports, only this was the baseball minor leagues.  Mississippi Braves Manager - Phillip Wellman goes crazy - heads out to the field, starts arguing with officials then proceeds to bury and remove the various bases.

He even crawled through the infield on his stomach.

Wellman combined all of his antics into one routine in the bottom of the third inning Friday night at AT&T Field in a 7-6 Lookouts victory ending the Southern League five-game series.

Wellman threw his hat and one of the bases. He also covered home plate in dirt and crawled around the field. Near the mound, Wellman picked up the rosin bag, pretended to bite the top off of it and threw it as if it were a grenade.

Wellman waved to the crowd before he left the field for the night.
