Poker player Marle Cordeiro has sued disgraced fellow pro Mike Postle per TMZ.

Cordeiro's lawsuit claims that over a series of games on the Stones Live Poker broadcast beginning in 2018, Postle won more money than any other player and was often the winningest player on the show on any night he participated ... because she says he cheated using his cell phone.

Postle was able to make the right moves "by engaging in a pattern and practice of using one or more wire communication mechanisms to defraud his opponents by gaining knowledge of their hole cards during the play of poker hands."

Hole cards are seen only by an individual player but not by other players at the table.  They are revealed to the viewing public via cameras.  Cordeiro is essentially alleging that Postle was somehow able to get the camera feed installed onto his cell phone and claims he would routinely look down between his legs while playing.

Veronica Brill (aka “Angry Polak”) first raised concerns back in October and the poker world was turned upside down as a result.

Veronica Brill first brought attention to Postle's apparent cheating

Brill would go on to accuse Stones Live Poker employees of being in on the scheme.

She tweeted:

"If someone is displaying a probability of cheating on a live stream you don't make the entire room not be able to use their cellphones in an attempt to reduce everyone's anxiety and then still promote the player as one of the best."

Cordeiro believes she would have profited thousands of dollars against him had he been playing legit poker.  She is suing for lost winnings and unspecified damages.
