Both teams play in divisions that are still very much up for grabs this early in the season.

Houston was coming in at EVEN odds to win the AFC South and Carolina will pay $50 for every $10 to win the NFC South.

The Panthers dominated their Week 3 game against Arizona.

Kyle Allen played in place of the injured Cam Newton.  He was 19 of 26 for 261 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions.

In his second career start, he simply made good reads, good throws and good decisions over and over again to lead the Carolina Panthers over the Arizona Cardinals 38-20 on Sunday.

"That's how you win football games," Allen said. "You do your job. That's what we've been preaching all week. Do your job, you don't have to do too much, and when your number is called, make plays."

Houston took things down to the wire but walked away with the "W" versus the LA Chargers.

Deshaun Watson threw for 351 yards and hit Akins with two of his three touchdown passes, and J.J. Watt had two of the Texans' five sacks of Philip Rivers in their 27-20 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.
